The aerosol production resulting from a medical inhaler is based on the high velocity of carrier gas and/or the material itself. Modeling in real-life conditions is challenging and influenced by a variety of factors. The Dekati® ELPI®+ can measure the real-time behavior of aerosols at the spray, dispersion and deposition phases, quantifying particle concentration and size distribution. Measurements of size classified, particle net charge can also be made.
